Call us, email us or use our Contact form to request more information and arrange a survey. All members of our staff have undergone full product training and will be able to assist you with any queries you may have. Our customer service pledge is to treat all enquiries the same way, no matter how large or small. Once you have provided us with your details a sales member shall contact you to progress onto the next step.

Sales meeting and site survey

One of our sales team will visit you to help understand your project and help you select the correct product for your needs. This can be in the form of a brief company introduction or a full scale product presentation. A full survey will then be carried out taking all measurements of the windows, amount of film needed and notes of any special access needed come installation date.

quotation & documentation

Once the amount of film needed is calculated our sales team will send you a quotation along with any further information on the chosen product including test reports, specification sheets, film samples and past work references. Our documentation will include product delivery, work schedules, estimated completion time, product care and our method statement.

installation

Based on a mutually agreed schedule our professional team of certified installers will work around obstacles and strict time restrictions to ensure minimul disruption to you or your clients. We can have up to 5 teams working simultaneously on multiple projects and are used to working around our clients. All our installation team undergo full training, not just in window film installation but also health & safety and customer care.
